Dining

Chef Scot Mangold brings extensive culinary experience to our small frontier town, combining a delicious Spanish/Southwestern lunch menu with a blackboard dinner menu. The food is delicious and the servers warm and inviting. Both the owners and the staff at the La Veta Inn feel lucky and proud to have attracted this wonderful chef into our lives. There is no better restaurant between Denver and Taos than the La Veta Inn restaurant.

We open for breakfast at 7am, serve lunch from 11:30-2:30, then open for dinner from 5:30-8:00. Reservations are suggested for dinner.
