Chef Toby Clinton has come to La Veta via Las Vegas NV and brings extensive culinary experience and expertise to our small frontier town. ‘Chef Toby’ was owner/chef at La Cote D’Azure, room chef at Santa Fe hotel, and has been awarded numerous designations and awards during his a prodigious career. The La Veta Inn Bar and Restaurant is open everyday offering breakfast, lunch and dinner, using only the freshest ingredients.

Reservations are suggested for fine dining, many times accompanied by live music.
