Alys doesn’t hide in the kitchen. You’ll find her front and center, laughing with old friends and new friends alike, serving her delicious, homemade fare with the style that has made her a Southern Colorado legend.

Reservations are suggested for fine dining served each night—many times accompanied by live music. For lunch Alys features casual fare including her signature Alys’ Fireside Sandwich.

To eat at Alys is to make a wonderful memory. So if you find yourself in Huerfano County, even if you can’t spend the night at the Inn, you must stop by for lunch or dinner.
